Office Administrator/Marketing – Entry Level Job

We are looking for a well groomed and professional lady for Front desk office admin position. Top duties will include assisting visitors, conduct paperwork, take and organize applications, general office work, taking and directing calls, and maintaining a database.

The successful candidate will be:
• Effective in prioritizing in a busy environment
• Basic computer knowledge. Good hand on MS Office
• Insightful. Good at anticipating visitors and staff needs
• Detail oriented. Able to process and track details.
• Confident with dealing with all kinds of people
• Sees the joy working in an open and friendly work environment
• Courteous, empathetic and customer oriented
• Organized. Capable of taking a leadership role with the front desk and key admin support for the owners.
• Task oriented, with a mature, responsible work ethic
• Willing to be part of a team
• Can communicate clearly in English with a pleasant phone manner. Any of these languages will be complimentary French, Tagalog or Hindi.

Past Experience required:
Office Administrator – 1 Years(min)
Marketing – 1 Year(optional)

The working hours will be Mon to Fri, 8:30Am to 4:00Pm. Pay will be based on past experience. We invest in our staff and are looking for a long-term commitment.
