Full-time job – Live-In Superintendent position (or couple)
We are currently looking for a Building Superintendent for high-rise building at Keele and Wilson area. Looking for a professional person that must have 5 years experience in general maintenance, cleaning, general repairs (painting, plaster, wall repairs) required. Basic plumbing and electrical experience an asset.
REQUIREMENTS: English speaking is a must. Good communication skills is a bonus. Police Clearance Checking and 3 references from past employment, must be legally allowed to work in Canada
Salary: TBD – pending experience
Benefits: 2 bedroom unit all utilities and one underground parking spot, Company cell phone when on duty
Hours: Monday through Friday from 8am to 5:30pm. On-call for emergencies in the evenings 3-4 days a week and every other weekend. When the assistance super in unavailable or needs assistance.
Duties: daily general maintenance and cleaning duties In Suite Maintenance: basic knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, underground parking, etc. –
Turnover Suites: getting units completed for new move ins which includes maintenance and cleaning. Scheduling repairs with the management office so that proper notice can be given to the tenants. – Miscellaneous tasks throughout the building.
