Are you passionate about fresh produce and local foods? We are seeking a full-time Farmers Market Sales Rep to join our team this summer from May to November. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fun and fast-paced environment, while promoting healthy eating and supporting local farmers. Our market booth sells delicious pastries made with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients.
Responsibilities:
Set up and break down the market booth each day
Provide exceptional customer service to assist customers with their purchases
Manage inventory and track sales
Maintain a clean and organized market booth
Transport equipment and products to and from the market using the company vehicle
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes and equipment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Availability to work weekends and holidays
Reliable transportation to and from the market
Located near East York (kitchen location)
We offer competitive pay at $19 per hour and a bonus at the end of the season for completing all weeks of the market season.
Market Dates and Hours:
Monday: Noon to 8pm
Tuesday: 7am to 3pm
Thursday: 6am to 5pm
Saturday: 7am to 3pm
Sunday: 7am to 3pm
