We are looking for a skilled Cook to prepare delicious meals according to menu and cooking order(s) according to food health and safety standards.
*Handling multiple food orders at one time
*Dressing and wrapping orders for presentation
*Preparing broiler, utensils, and grill for shift
*Monitoring other cooks and team members
*Sanitizing and cleaning work stations and utensils
*Assisting other cooks in preparing food or helping other team members when needed
*Preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, cutting meat, homemade onion rings or preparing sauces)
*Proven cooking experience, including experience as a Line Chef, Restaurant Cook or Prep Cook
*Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
*Familiar with industry’s best practices
*Able to work early mornings, nights, and weekends
**Previous experience as a cashier, dishwasher, counter helper, cook, or relevant work experience
*Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
