Front Desk Admin/Office Assistant

Our busy real estate office team is currently looking for a front desk administrator in the heart of Downtown Toronto. Real estate brokerage experience is not a must, but preferred. The ideal candidate can be thoroughly trained.

Start date: October 2022

Location: Downtown Toronto

Hours: Monday to Friday 10 am to 6 pm, Full Time

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: ‪‬‬

Answering Phones
Following Up and Responding to Emails‬
Light Housekeeping
Office Inventory and Ordering
Following Up with Clients
Preparation and Management of all client and property files
Maintain and Keep updated client database
Prepare and Process New Listings, Leases and Sales Kits
Paging Agents
Assistant to broker owner
Commission Cheque Management

Have a strong ability to multi-task‬
Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
