You are an experienced line cook who also can take on the responsibilites of ordering, inventory, scheduling and delegating prep work and other tasks. You have many years of previous experience working in a high volume beer pub environment and creating daily specials that compliment our menu.
We are a well known Toronto establishment that is owner operated since 1991. Many of our employees have been with us for over 15 plus years and counting. Sadly we are without a kitchen manager and that is where you come to the rescue. Our line cooks are in need of a leader who can help them run a clean and organized shift. You are someone who can provide that leadership to them, and show them how to be great line cooks who put out quality pub fare.
Some days, some evenings and weekends required. You are the quarterback of the team and are needed for the high pressure situations.
Pay will be based on your experience as a kitchen manager. If you can come in here and check off everything on our list you will be rewarded handsomely. Fair pay for fair work.
