Document Administrator – Downtown Toronto

Our client in the Insurance Industry is looking for a Document Administrator to work on a 6-month assignment in their Downtown Toronto location. The successful candidates will work full time hours, begin ASAP, and be paid a rate of $24.07 per hour!

Responsibilities:
•Supports continuity of clerical work operations by resolving difficult issues
•Documenting and communicating needed actions to management
•Discovering and resolving discrepancies
•Providing training and support to lower-level staff members.
•Review the documents and transcribe the information
•Producing template letters and reports
•Invoice and processing expense reports
•Additional admin and clerical requirements

Qualifications
• MUST have the Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills
• Strong client focus
• Extremely quick learner and comfortable in an uncertain/changing environment
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business correspondence.
• Advanced MS Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
•2-3 years previous work experience
• University or College education or above
•Asset:
Bilingual (French and English)
RIBO License or being credited
