Do you have previous customer service, call centre, or sales experience and are able to handle a large volume environment? If so we have an exciting opportunity for you!We are currently recruiting a Contact Centre Representative for a 6 month contract at a Top 5 bank in Toronto (will be working remotely for now). Pay rate: $17.75 hour Shifts: 7:30am-9pm Monday to Friday, and 9 am to 8 pm Saturdays on a rotational basisTraining: Approx. 3 weeks As a Contact Centre Representative, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:- Resolve customers’ service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills. – Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments. – Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation. – Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.Advantages- Work for a top 5 bank- Great foot in the door opportunity for new grads- Working remotely for now (no commute)- Networking opportunities (job fairs)- Work life balance activities – Potential for extension- Potential to convert to permanent Qualifications- 1 year customer service experience – 1 year sales experience – Strong interpersonal skills- Previous call centre experience – Bilingual (nice to have)* Clear credit and criminal check required *Interested in this Contact Centre Representative position in Toronto?
