Construction – Foreman & Lead Hand



Job Description:Bongro Landscape Group is a growing landscape construction company. We are looking for experienced construction professionals. We are seeking a Construction – Foreman & Lead Hand to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, staff supervision, and implementation. Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementationAllocate resources for assigned projectsSupervise onsite personnel and subcontractorsInterface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clientsMaintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specificationsKnowledgeable in most hard landscape construction aspects (Lay brick, interlocking, concrete blocks, stone and other similar hardscape materials to construct or repair arches, walkway, and other structures, build patios, garden/retaining walls, and other decorative installations, face, size, cut and lay stone. Woodworking skills, working with cement and construction of pools.)Operate various hand tools, power tools, and equipment used to complete carpentry and masonry duties, including circular saw, table saw, drills, and other tools used for measuring, cutting, fastening and drillingDrive and operate a variety of trucks/equipment to complete a variety of job tasks to assist with landscape construction projectsAbility to read, analyze and understand site plansMust have knowledge of practices, methods, equipment, material and tools used on a construction site Qualifications:Previous experience in construction / landscape preferred. or other related fieldsFamiliarity with construction management softwareStrong leadership qualities, negotiation skillsDeadline and detail-orientedMust have good work history, ability to work in a team environment, reliable, and honest.MUST have valid drivers licence & driver’s abstractCompany Description:Bongro Landscape Group is a growing landscape construction company.
