Job Description:Bilingual Customer Service Professional II Location: Toronto, ON, Canada 6 to 12 months Fast Turn Around, High Volume Call CenterShifts 9AM to 9 PM ( 8 Hours Rotation / Rotation done week wise)Health & Dental Insurance process / good to have knowledge of Medical Terminologies. The Bi Lingual Customer Representative will be responsible for managing all aspects of customer service including answering inquiries via phone and e-mail, taking orders, and follow up services. Customers may be internal or external with requests of varying degrees of complexity. Must have strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
