FRP Systems Ltd., a manufacturing company located in Thunder Bay is seeking an enthusiastic, customer service oriented individual to coordinate administrative and financial/payroll functions within a small office. Within the role of Office Administrator, you will provide key support to the team in a variety of financial and payroll functions and be willing to learn our business and grow with the team.
What we are looking for:
• Experience with Sage50 accounting including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Job Costing and Payroll; • Demonstrated experience and a strong comfort level with computers and computer applications including MS OFFICE software to develop and review correspondence; • A strong communicator who thrives on providing superior customer service; • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload; • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and add value to the team; • Ability to model the company values of Efficiency, Quality and Safety.
