Dental Administration – AR Coordinator

Sovereign Dental is looking to fill the position of Full-Time Administration – Accounts Receivable Coordinator. This role really focuses on assisting patients with their dental treatment claim submissions and collecting said fees from both patients and insurance companies. Having a basic understanding of benefits will be key to success with this role.

So if you have experience with benefits (even if not dental related) and enjoy working with the public this may be a great fit for you. Would consider hiring “the right person” without benefit knowledge. Having a positive attitude/outlook, the ability to pay attention to details and have excellent customer service skills must be on your list of attributes.

The Accounts Receivable Coordinator must maintain an accurate and complete trail of supporting documentation for all activities. The Accounts Receivable Coordinator must possess the following: – ability to adapt to new technology – ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times – ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
