Heritage Lane Condominiums is currently looking for a Caretaker/Groundskeeper for a 61 unit condominium complex. The job entails: 1. General cleaning of the common areas of the building (lobby, common room and hallways) 2. Maintenance of the grounds (snow removal in winter; lawn mowing and upkeep of landscaping in spring, summer and fall) 3. Liaison with contractors as needed for work being done in building or on the grounds 4. Daily walk through of property to look for potential problems and bring them to the attention of the Condo Board.
Hours worked per week will vary based on environmental conditions and time of year, but averages to about 25-30 hours per week. The condo does have a Caretaker’s Suite (2 bedrooms, 5 appliances, non-smoking, NO DOGS) and as such, a live-in candidate is preferred. This position would be ideally suited for semi-retired couple but all applicants will be considered.
This is a monthly paid position with the Caretaker Suite included as part of the wages.
