Service/Parts/Dispatch Coordinator – Mechanical Knowledge Needed



Job Description:We are a Material Handling Equipment Company who has been in business since 1976. We require a mechanically inclined Service & Parts Coordinator who has several years of experience dispatching technicians, managing service calls and ordering parts. Excellent communication on the phone along with above average computer & organizational skills. A background in jobber parts would be an asset. Salary negotiable and will be based on knowledge and experience. Duties & ResponsibilitiesSource PartsCreate and process Purchase orders for partsReceive and ship products and documentsNotify Customers when service intervals are dueComplete service estimates for Customer approval.Open and close work orders and estimatesInvoicing customers for parts orders & services received.Scheduling service and dispatching techniciansShipping/Receiving when required QualificationsGood oral and written communication skillsAble to stay organizedCompetent computer skillsExperience processing parts orders and sourcing partsExperience working with Customers and handling questions and queries and concernsExperience working with Technicians 40 Hours of work per week: Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Benefits after 3 months of employment.
