Organizational Change Consultant



Job Description: Desired ExperienceThe senior resource must have experience working on a broad range of technology initiatives.In addition to the Position Catalogue, the candidate must have :• Expertise in change management methodologies, change strategies and best practices• Comfort and effectiveness in working with senior leaders• Excellent negotiation, influence, mediation and conflict management skills• Excellent oral and written communication skills• Ability to uncover underlying needs/issues• Ability to identify issues, risks and opportunities within projectDeliverablesAs the Change Consultant assigned to projects, the candidate will• Develop actionable and targeted change management strategies and plans and lead their execution inconsultation with sponsors, teams and business stakeholders.• Perform impact analysis of the change.• Monitor and report on status and effectiveness of the change management plan to the project sponsorand/or the customer on a weekly/monthly basis or as required• Complete required deliverables in alignment with project and business timelines• Complete required reporting as part of the Organizational Change Team and provide regular updates onproject status to the Manager, OCM
