– Provide knowledgeable assistance to clients over the phone and through email
– Performing trouble shooting, problem solving, password resets and general site navigation
– Diagnosing technical issues and escalating as necessary
– Create a warm, and pleasant experience for clients
– Achieve quality service by assessing & responding to client needs
– Capturing call/email details into a case tracking system

– Excellent communication skills in English
– Minimum 2 years previous experience in Customer service or Call Centre is required
– Financial, Insurance or Technical experience is an asset
– Strong problem-solving skills
– Tech savvy and working knowledge of computers
– Full time and flexible availability
– Wired internet connection (Ethernet cable)
