Job Description:The successful applicant will be responsible for providing operational and administrative assistance to our 24-hour Call Centre. The successful applicant will have: Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal; The ability to empathise and listen to Clients; Strong attention to detail skills Skills in MS Office Products with the ability to type information while on the phone; We are looking for a well-presented individual who prides themselves on their attention to detail. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills; proven ability to prioritise and work to deadlines; a flexible approach to team work; have a clear and professional phone manner and a good work ethic. You will be required to receive, log and proactively manage all service requests. You must be able to follow processes, procedures and strict guidelines including data entry into a number of databases, escalating where appropriate. You must be able to work well under pressure and respond quickly and accurately to customers to ensure service level agreements are met. The successful applicant will be self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a small team. Consideration will be given to applicants with no Call Centre experience where they have a previous customer service or administration work history, and can demonstrate an understanding of excellent customer service requirements.
