Job Description:SUMMARY This position is responsible for administrative duties related to the support services required in administering the SCSA’s major programs (COR, SECOR, NCSO, and HSA), and safety-related professional customer service to the membership and other identified customers. The Assistant Program Administrator position is well suited to a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is committed to providing exceptional customer service. The ability to communicate effectively and handle changing priorities and frequent interruptions will be key to success in this role. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide effective and professional customer service in all functions pertaining to the administration of SCSA programs.Administer the Certificate of Recognition (COR) and Small Employer Certificate of Recognition (SECOR) programs including registration, certification, maintenance, and participation of companies in the program.Administer the National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) and Health and Safety Administrator (HSA) programs including registration, certification, maintenance, and participation of individuals in the program.Data entry of company, student, and course information; maintain filing system for all programs.Assist the Program Administrator with coordinating the audit schedule and processing of audits.Assist in tracking and compiling program data; produce reports as requested.Provide backup reception support to the Administrative team as necessary.Perform other related duties as assigned.
