Administrative Assistant – Starting $13-20/hr depending on experience
Cleanflo Water Technologies is looking for an energetic, perceptive, and dependable individual to join our team in the role of Administrative Assistant.
Cleanflo is a manufacturer of rainwater harvesting & water treatment systems with clients across Canada, from rural DIY homeowners to skyscrapers in downtown Toronto, so professionalism and communication is required. Cleanflo is an UL 508A Listed Industrial Control Panel builder so attention to detail and ethical consideration is very important. Cleanflo is growing and needs a motivated, creative, and fearless person who can absorb and synthesize information quickly, will play an integral role to every member of our team, and can help facilitate our team’s growth. This role will require creative problem solving, sharp organizational skills, and strong communication skills.
Expenses, purchase orders, bills, salesorders, invoices
Helping complete expense reports, timesheets, and payroll on time
Helping the senior staff with scheduling
Be present on the shop floor when required
Help compiling documentation and user manuals
Minor research and other tasks – internet, clients or vendors, and others
Booking travel for management and senior staff to job sites, or meetings with vendors or clients
Keeping office supplies stocked
Maintaining office equipment (printer, computers, etc.), and arranging for repairs
Establish physical and digital filing systems and internal processes
Drafting and proofreading documents
Answering phones – Taking messages, answering queries, and routing calls
Receiving guests & clients
Scheduling meetings as required
Prepare minutes of important meetings
Working with meeting chair to maximize meeting efficiency
Cleanflo is currently offering a single position at 4 days per week. Working remotely some days may be required. This position has significant growth potential on the ground floor of a growing business.
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be comfortable with modern productivity applications, e.g. Google Workspace (formerly GSuite), ZohoOne Suite, and how to use them effectively, or comparable experience in equivalent programs. Details regarding experience in these programs can be included in the cover letter.
Should have prior bookkeeping experience.
Can maintain discretion of intellectual property, confidential information, trade secrets, etc.
