Warehouse worker – Order Picker

We have a long-term Order picking role for one of our warehouse clients that distribute bathroom and kitchen fixtures. They are located near St Laurent / Walkley Road. The role is long-term. The chosen candidate must have experience in Order Picking and material handling, experience working in a fast-paced industrial setting, is comfortable lifting heavy weight and loves working with others

The role starts at 18.47/hr with a .90 cent premium for the evening shift

Shift: 2:30 pm – 11:30 pm

Start: asap

Responsibilities
Order picking and material handling
Checking inventory and storing items in their proper place
Preparing orders for shipment
Moving material from the receiving or shipping area to their proper storage areas
Coordinating with the rest of the team
Cleaning the warehouse

Qualifications
Must have experience in Order Picking
Shipping and Receiving experience is a must
Must be comfortable doing physical labour
Must have experience working in a warehouse
