Warehouse Worker – Order Picker/ Shipper/Receiver


A well-known Plumbing store supply is looking to staff for an experienced, reliable, and hardworking warehouse worker for their beautiful facility located in the South end of Ottawa (near Hawthorne Rd)
The chosen individual must have extensive warehouse experience particularly in shipping and receiving, packing, order picking, and material handling.

Day shift: 9 am – 6 pm – Monday – Fridays; No weekends

Rate: 20/hr
Location: near Hawthorne Rd – not easy to get to via public transport.

Full time permanent role
Days shift – 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday (No weekends!)

Picking and packing materials as requested by the customers
Getting all products ready for shipments
Receiving new deliveries
Loading and unloading trucks
Moving material from one area to another in the warehouse
Maintaining cleanliness in the workspace
Using a forklift or electric pallet jack to handle materials

Warehouse experience is a definite must
Must have experience in order picking and shipping/ receiving
Forklift experience is an asset but not a must
Must be comfortable doing physical labour – moving constantly and lifting heavy
Is a team player
Loves a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment
Must be willing to learn
