Senior Agile Project Manager

Senior Agile Project Manager required to support Small Business Segment initiatives. The Senior Agile Project Manager will facilitate Agile adoption on non-technical groups helping on the creation of a structured backlog and moving flow on a Kanban board. The Senior Agile Project Manager will conduct the Agile ceremonies, helping others in their path of continuous improvement. They will identify blockers, issue, risks and decision as they are raised and escalate to program when not able to be resolved. The Senior Agile Project Manager will perform biweekly progress report and support the different planning sessions required at the program and portfolio level.

• Facilitate Agile adoption on a non-technical teams helping on the creation of a structured backlog. Conduct the Agile ceremonies. Help others in their path of continuous improvement.
• Interact with the stakeholders. Remove roadblocks
• Assist with quarter planning
• Report project progress and metrics

Top Skills Required

• Communicate and update plan with stakeholders, PO and Program Manager
• Able to conduct all Agile ceremonies within Scrum or Kanban
• Assist the Product Owner in developing and maintaining the Product Backlog
• Educate others on Agile principles and practices

Other Skills Required:

• Experience of 2 years minimum using Azure DevOps
• Workshop Facilitation techniques
• Use of tools such as MS Teams to communicate with disperse teams


• Agile or Scrum Certification (Must Have)
• Project Management Certification (Nice to Have)
• Product Owner Certification (Nice to Have)
