Open Locations: * Orleans/East * Barrhaven/Gloucester * Westboro/Central As a sales leader, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your leadership skills and leverage your sales potential while working in a customer-centric environment. In this role, you will actively engage with customers to educate and promote our innovative products and services, while taking pride in understanding their unique needs. As a subject matter expert and brand advocate, you will create excitement around our product offerings and drive sales growth through exceptional advice and product knowledge. Position Schedule: * This is a permanent sales position working 40 hours/week. * This role requires candidates to have open availability as shifts will be either; 10am – 6pm or 12pm – 8pm local time. * Shifts will be scheduled over weekday and weekends and require candidates to have OPEN availability To succeed in this role, you should: * You should possess a post-secondary education * You should have at least one year of successful sales experience in a financial or retail environment. * You should also have an outgoing personality with a talent for acquiring new customers and exceeding sales quotas. With excellent communication skills and a high level of integrity, you’ll work with confidential customer information to engage and influence both current and potential customers.
