Come work as a Sales and Service Coordinator for an awesome company in the Ottawa West/Nepean area! You’ll be helping new customers get set up with their accounts, answering questions about the company products, and maintaining the customer relationship throughout the entire onboarding process. This role is a combination of a Sales Rep and a Customer Service Rep, and you’ll excel if you have experience in either role. Responsibilities
What you’ll do here:
– Answer incoming calls pertaining to sales inquiries, and completing the application accurately
– Helping to qualify potential sales leads and following up with other departments
– Process orders for new services, and co-ordinate the service & hardware needs
– Enter new client information into the system, and make sure that it is done accurately
– Other tasks as required

Qualifications
What will make you successful:
– 1+ years of experience in a sales or customer service role
– 1+ years of call center experience (inbound or outbound)
– Technically savvy – be comfortable with using the internet and related technologies
– Possess strong communication skills (Bilingualism is an asset)
– You will need to be organized and able to multi-task
– Proof of vaccination is required for this role
