About the job: I need help with administration and coordination.
To give an idea of the role;
– Book listing appointments
– Prepare info sheets
– Complete transaction checklist, and upload transaction data into system
– Prepare paperwork for offers (with guidance)
– Open file for each listing and buyer – include contracts, feature sheets, photos etc.
– Input listings onto MLS System
– Load any price changes/extensions onto MLS System
– Write offers, waivers , mutual release , webforms
– Excellent in Microsoft
– Post Ad in social Media
– Prepare CMA’s (comparable market analyses) for any recommended price reductions
– Obtain client testimonials (including a photo)
