– Make variety of pastries, bread and birthday cakes from scratch.
– Display and decorate the finished products to make them client-ready. 
– Ensure the workstation is restocked and cleaned as needed. 
– Inspect each baked product to ensure it meets quality requirements .
– Make product improvement recommendations, responding to the needs of the  customers, and accepting orders.
– Operate machinery.
– Train new staff.
– Have the ability to supervise 2-3 staff.
– Make production schedules as well staff schedules.
– Organize and maintain inventory.
– Order materials, equipment and supplies.
