Office Clerk / Receptionist

We are looking for a qualified BILINGUAL office clerk –

Working hours:
• 7:30 am to 4:30 pm – 1 hr. lunch – Monday to Thursday –8 hrs. per day.

• 7:30 am to noon on Fridays – from June 1 to August 31/2021

• From June to August = 36.5 hours per week.

• After August – 38.5 hours per week. 1 lunch each day.

• 7:30 am to 4:30 pm – 1 hr. lunch – Monday to Thrursday – 8 hrs. per day

• 7:30 am yo 3:00 pm – 1 hr. lunch – Friday

Staring Salary – 45,000. Per year – Approximately 23.00 per hour.

Duties: Receiving all incoming calls and fielding calls for a staff of 5.
E-mails – receiving, printing and distributing to staff.
Incoming and outgoing mail – preparation, distribution, processing.
Preparation of all outgoing correspondence – letters, quotes, etc…
Data entry – posting of all invoices, inventory sheets, payroll info.
Prepare payroll cheques when replacing office manager.
Prepare cheques when replacing office manager.
Accounts payable – processing packing slips, purchase orders,
Work orders, invoices, request verifications,
Completing all procedures to bring invoices
To final payment stage.
Assisting office manager in various other duties as necessary
All filing of letters, job files, account payable documents, etc..

Qualifications: DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO HAVE THESE QUALIFICATIONS
MUST be Bilingual.
Computer skills – Microsoft word, outlook, excel, sage accounting.
MUST have excellent typing skills.
Organizational skills / initiative – be able to work alone.
Professional appearance
Travel means – no bus service in the area.
At least 3 year office experience. 1 year accounting experience
Punctual, courteous and polite.

Note: We are looking for a person that has all the above qualifications and is
looking for a permanent position with the possibility of advancement in a
few years. We are a small business and our staff work closely together.
