Looking for a motivated and reliable office assistant for a countertop fabrication and installation company, who is willing to start as soon as possible.
Duties includes:
General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing
Maintaining an inventory of office supplies
Assisting customers pick out stone for countertops
Answering phones and assisting customers by phone
Creating customer invoices, estimates and processing payments in QuickBooks
Other administrative duties as needed
Any other duties as assigned by a manager
Schedule:
9am-5pm Monday to Friday
9am-3pm Saturday
