Seasonal – Full Time

This position is critical to the success of our Base Lodge kitchens. Maintains a clean environment and ensures that the kitchen tools are ready and in place for the next use. Help in food prep. Work closely with Line Cooks on day to day operation of our Base Lodge Kitchens.


  • Assist team by stocking and organizing China, glass and cutlery
  • Clean equipment and stainless-steel walls in the kitchen
  • Assist in dishwashing duties; remove food waste from plates, fill dishwasher and unload dishwasher
  • Support Blue Mountain’s recycling and composting Initiatives
  • Remove items (tables, boxes, garbage bags etc.) from kitchen hallways and place these materials in the designated storage areas
  • Sweep and mop kitchens and storage areas
  • Maintain cleanliness of all storage areas
  • Assist Chefs and Kitchen Staff


  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Places importance on quality/standards of cleanliness
  • Able to work quickly and safely
  • Able to work independently with little supervision
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Flexible to work in various resort kitchens, and at various stations within those kitchens
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
