In need of a Renovation Contractor who can deliver client satisfaction via the development of creative and functional designs. The best candidate will be skilled in designing and implementing bathroom remodels, kitchen remodels, flooring updates and general home improvement projects. An ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of working with a variety of building materials, experience with electrical and plumbing problems, and the ability to create a space that blends seamlessly into the existing environment.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the renovation project from beginning to end.
Interact with subcontractors.
Use a set of tools and materials to complete tasks.
Interpret blueprints and project plans.
Hire temporary employees.
Prepare budgets.
Prepare paperwork to obtain a business license and permit to work in the city.
Manage rent-to-own agreements.
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25.00-$36.00 per hour
