Become an asbestos abatement technician. Training and mandatory provincial certification provided free of charge. Work is accessible by public transit and is paid at a rate of $20.00 – $22.00 per hour. Construction / demolition experience preferred but not mandatory.

Hours of Work are generally from 7am – 3:30pm
16 or older
Have photo ID (bring this to the training)
Arrive at training clean shaven (required for fit test, you must get a clean seal between respirator & face)
Not afraid of working at heights
Able to do physically demanding work
Be able and willing to wear a respirator for extended periods of time
Be able to work 40 hours per week, Mondays to Fridays (occasional Saturdays may be required)
