If yes, we have the perfect role for you! We’re looking for a hard working, creative and tech savvy person to join our administration team as a Director of Admissions, Marketing and Communication. In this role you will: MarketingFrequently add new posts and updates to social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram etc.)Keep the school website up to date with a focus on SEO optimizationManage school profile on subscription based sites (OurKids, Chatterblock etc.)Run registration campaigns through various avenues to bring awareness to the school (digital ads, google ads, print, radio etc.)Keep school brand and messages consistent and strong across all platforms CommunicationsWrite all school communications in English and FrenchWrite messages of high importance under the pressure of short deadlinesClearly and effectively convey school messages with proper tone for the given message Admissions/SalesSupport prospective families who are interested in registering at the school through the along every stage “customer buying cycle”Provide school visits that should complement all the wants/needs of each individual family/buyerProvide individualized support for potential families/buyers by addressing all questions and concerns through email or additional meetingsManage enrolment process and inquiries through email and self-made CRMDevelop strategies to optimize enrolment through tracking and statistics (conversion rate, drop rate, reasons for enrolment etc.)Plan and attend private school expos and open houses QualificationsExperience in marketing, sales and/or communication rolesBilingual certification (eng/fr)Spectacular communication and customer service skillsStrong organizational skills; the ability to quickly prioritize and take action in a constantly changing environment while maintaining superior attention to detail and high quality standardsAbility to identify opportunities for process improvements through internal data and translate them into actionable improvements Bonus Experience:Experience with WordPress and SEO Optimization Job ID: 4071048
