The successful applicant must demonstrate high levels of attention to detail and will use the correct problem-solving techniques to resolve mismatched data.

Responsibilities and functions

Obtain batches of documents and insert the information.

Ensure that the deadlines are met.

Accurately insert large volumes of data and prioritise work according to the expectations and needs of the customer.

Ensure that the data received is checked for errors, mismatches, and incomplete documents.

Conduct thorough troubleshooting for inaccurate data.

Escalate problematic data to the supervisor timeously.

Assist with ad-hoc and miscellaneous tasks when required.

Concentrate on data entry for extended periods, without compromising quality and accuracy.
