We’re looking for ambitious cooks and aspiring chefs that would love to work, study, and build their skills elbow-to-elbow with Chef Patrick Garland.

Patrick has been the mastermind behind the flavourful, rich, market-driven flavours at Absinthe Café since 2006. He won the prestigious Gold Medal Plates competition in Ottawa in 2014, and at the other end of the spectrum, is a two-time winner of the Parkdale Food Centre’s “Fork Off!” competition.

His signature dishes, ranging from steak frites to stuffed quail to delicate Parisienne desserts, are always tasty, accessible, and leave his guests feeling full and happy.

Kitchen positions are available as full or part-time. Experience an asset. Great attitude required.
