Email is being sent to >custodial accessible by both supervisor and manager. Message might be passed on to the supervisor from the managerIdentify and resolve problems on site, if problem can not be resolved on supervisory level, manager must be informedKeeping inventory up to datePerform all assigned duties when requested by managerEnsuring all employees are familiar with monthly safety talks – read and signedMaking sure employees are using proper chemicals (based on the type of surface) and color-coded rags, as well as PPEImmediately report to the manager all incidents and injuriesReport all safety concerns – DWBAssist injured workers in the early and safe return to work processInspections Ensure all employees’ concerns are communicated to the manager as well as passing all manager’s requests on to employeesQualifications WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR The best interpersonal skills! – Customer and client focusedOffice administration skills (email, MS Office etc.)Smart appearance and professional manner.Proven ability to motivate, develop, and direct people as they workSolid organization skills and able to manage own time and the time of othersThe strongest communication skills! – able to understand direction and effectively convey information to employees.
