At least 1 year proven baking industry experience
Artistic person with cake decorating experience working with decorations, fondant, tier and wedding cakes preferred.
Commitment to work as early as 6 a.m.
Flexibility to work weekdays and/or weekends.
Ability to ice cleanly and quickly with a spatula.
Capability to ice cupcakes according to specifications.
Experience using commercial mixers, ovens and other baking equipment.
Capacity to stand for significant periods of time.
Good “front-of-the-house” customer service, computer, organizational, and writing skills
Capacity to operate cash/POS, perform cash reconciliation, and close if needed
Professionalism, reliability, and responsibility
Full-time hours: 30-35 hours/week
