Job Description:We are seeking a Licensed Admin Assistant Financial Services Industry to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Responsibilities:Prepare reports, forms and illustrations for client meetingsExecute mutual fund trades and insurance paperworkAssist advisor with client enquiries regarding their investment accounts, insurance policies and income tax returnsLiaise between investment companies, insurance companies and the advisor and clientAssist in preparation of basic personal income tax returnsDraft correspondences and other formal documentsPlan and schedule appointments and eventsGeneral office administration duties such as scanning, organizing and updating cleint file folders and spreadsheetsGreet and assist onsite guestsAnswer inbound telephone callsPerform all other office tasks such as trips to the bank or sending of courier Qualifications:Post secondary degree or college diploma in any Financial related field. I.E Accounting or Commerce/FinanceIFIC, CSC or LLQP licensed or near completion. Or willing to obtain shortlyPrevious experience in banking, investment or insurance industryExperience with and basic knowledge of personal income tax returnsAbility to prioritize and multitaskExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail​Strong organizational skills Job ID: 44997846
