Job Description:BE PART OF AN ESSENTIAL SERVICE!We are hiring for a company in the transportation industry with an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative in Mississauga, ONStart Date: Immediately Shift: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (Monday-Friday)Location: Hurontario St. & Derry RdRate: $19-$22 / hour (depending on experience)Responsibilities:- Provide customer service to new and existing clients- Assist, mediate, and resolve issues before escalating- Accurately note orders and effectively communicate details to other departmentsRequirements:- 2 years of knowledge/experience in the transport industry- Good computer skills with previous AS400 experience as an asset- Excellent customer service and communication skills- Dependable to work independently with no supervision- Ability to multitask and effectively prioritized in a fast paced environment- ‘Can-Do’ attitude with a passion to drive results- Clean criminal background requiredAt Aztrix we are, your Job Agents; not just another agency.
