Gains referrals by visiting and cultivating relationships with key referral sources to position This Company as the service provider of choice. Facilitates and negotiates contractual relationships with Long-term Care Facilities.-Presents Business Plans and Financial Forecasts on new business opportunities. Liaises and supports other members of the sales team in contract negotiations and contract management. Maintains competitive edge by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors. Communicates information on industry and clinical information to co-workers.-Actively participates in profile building initiatives by coordinating, attending and exhibiting at select tradeshows and conferences. Maintains Professional and Technical knowledge by actively learning.-Evaluate the effectiveness of products and services given to clients to ensure that they are safely receiving services; when applicable. Enhances client safety by ensuring that the work environment is clean, tidy and free of hazards.Requirements:-College Certificate or Diploma in Healthcare of Science related field-5 years of experience promoting healthcare services-Excellent understanding of Respiratory products and Services-Sound knowledge of the Homecare Marketplace-Competent in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and strong Excel skills-Excellent written and verbal communication-Patient care experience in Hospital, Long-term Care Facility or Homecare setting is considered and asset.-Clean criminal background checks and driver’s abstract-Ability to travel in accordance with business needs-Ability to frequently lift up to 50lbs unassisted-Experience in contract negotiation and contract management is an asset-Presentation skills as well as administrative skills are an asset asset
