Senior Manager, Global OTC Derivative Operations



* Execute on a multi-year road map for the modernization of confirmations and settlements operations, in conjunction with the business and enterprise partners aligned with resiliency needs and regulatory requirements* Lead the automation of processes and align with business client journeys and KRIs* Manage organizational planning, focusing on infrastructure, premises, people, processes and data.* Ownership of the processes and systems that support structured products and equity, interest-rate and credit derivatives post-trade processing* Stay apprised of internal and external technology developments and use of innovative automation/software being used and/or considered by across OTC derivatives markets and what can be utilized to proactively address new and emerging risks, changes in strategy, the operating environment, operations, regulatory requirements* Partner with risk partners to develop and enhance risk and control inventoriesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, marital status, or based on an individual’s status in any group or class otherwise protected under applicable human rights legislation.
