Job Requirements:

Able to work in high stress environment
Must have knowledge of and 3-5 years of commercial cooking experience working in preparing South Indian Cuisine items.
Candidate must have the ability to work independently without supervision, must be able to plan menus, oversee buffet, and prepare individual, complete and special dishes on menu.
Able to cook Naans, Kulcha, Bhature in deep fryer and oven.
Able to add tadka and spices to vegetables.
Able to cook different types of daals and vegetable dishes.
Part-time hours: 40 per week
