Responsibilities
*Provide exceptional customer service across several communication channels to the clients
*Liaise with clients and insurers on a regular basis, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely, professional manner
*Analyze client specific risk exposure and make appropriate coverage recommendations
*Ability to remarket to various insurers (where appropriate), to ensure coverage and premium needs are met
*Handle and respond to all incoming phone calls and e-mails from clients and companies
*Contact customers and obtain any additional information required
*Knowledge and proficiency within various insurer company portals
*Review endorsements and renewals
*Quote personal lines products for new and existing customers
*Help in Commercial Department as required
*Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications
* RIBO Licensed
* Minimum of 3 years related insurance experience.
* Strong customer focus.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines while multi-tasking.
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision yet thrive as part of a team.
* SIG XP, MS Outlook, Word and Excel experience is an asset.

* CAIB, CIP or FCIP designation (or working towards) is an asset.
