Office Assistant/ Administrator

This current position is part time but can lead to a full time position as an Office Assistant. This position requires taking on a leadership role within the office, and administering/managing a wide variety of integral activities within the workplace such as; communicating with customers via phone/email, scheduling appointments, bookkeeping, paperwork/filing and troubleshooting/problem solving). We are a mortgage company so the candidate must be fluent in both speaking and writing English. Any other languages will be considered an asset.
