POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a Marketing / Office Manager at Kingsway, you will use your industry knowledge to assist Kingsway to promote our service in the field of Scientific Research & Experimental Development (SR&ED) tax incentive claims. You will play an integral role in supporting the clients’ sred filing through your work with a team of skilled engineers, scientists and tax professionals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist Kingsway to prepare various marketing materials for online, email, LinkedIn and other platforms and respectively execute each of the marketing strategies.
2. Assist clients to develop supporting evidence, such as research plans, test results, prototypes, emails etc.
3. Coordinate proposed activities with other team members to assure a smooth and continuous production flow.
4. Work closely with various Tax Accounting firms to ensure the clients’ files are processed within the required timeframe.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Must have at least 2 years of experience in the area of Marketing and General Office activities.
2. Must have superior writing and verbal communication skills and be able to fluently express various operational issues via emails to clients.
3. Proven record of technical writing skills and ability to develop concise marketing materials in a timely fashion.
4. Ability to prioritize tasks for multiple clients to consistently achieve delivery milestones.
5. Assist in production scheduling, invoicing, payroll, accounting and other general office administrative tasks.

6. College Diploma or Bachelor degree is required.

COMPENSATION:
$40K – $50K per annum.
