Marketing Assistant / Real Estate Coordinator
Part Time/Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Assistant and Coordinator, you will be in charge of governing a large clientele base of current and potential buyers and sellers. This will include frequent phone consultations, cold calling, facilitating introductions, and relaying market information. You will work directly with the real estate agent in a fast-paced environment to conduct market research, provide support on new agreements, and deliver a superior customer experience to achieve sales targets. You are someone who is able to comfortably provide support on property due diligence, assist in developing marketing material, create and manage new leads, and input data entries. You have natural interpersonal skills and are able to effortlessly conduct follow-up calls with prospective buyers, make appointments, and handle client requests.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills
Can effectively communicate in English, Hindi/Urdu
Committed-to-learning attitude
Prior experience in cold calling and customer service is an asset
Ability to create documents and presentations with distinct professionalism
Ability to show initiative and work independently
Detail-oriented and organisational skills
Knowledge of Microsoft tools including but not limited to, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Knowledge and understanding of real estate market and its jargon
**Besides fixed salary, the job also offers commission based off of performance and results
