Front Office Receptionist

Accountabilities:-

• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Need to maintain clients’ data
• Need to do interaction with Personal & Corporation tax clients.
• Responsible for taking notes during daily meetings
• Need to work on a project and presentation on the computer.

Ideal Candidates:
– Tax & Accounting software experience (Not mandatory)
– Proficient MS Office skills, particularly in Outlook and Quickbooks, Excel and Word
– Candidates must possess proven multi-tasking abilities and have strong organizational skills
– Professionalism, dependability & ability to arrive at work on time
– Ability to work independently or as part of a team, as assignments may vary
