A small start-up, home-based beauty e-commerce looking to expand our team looking for a candidate who is dynamic, collaborative, and hard-working.
**We do not review applicants without a reference. ** Responsibilities: Main tasks but not limited: • Managing the back-end of our online store, including packaging, processing orders, receiving and shipping goods • Fulfilling the order from our website and other e-commerce channels. • Coordinating with logistic company: DHL, FedEx, Canada Post, UPS. • Coordinating all aspects of our online sales via phone and emails • Tracking + follow-up on all customer orders/ inquiries • Arrange and keep tracking inventory daily • Updating website and social media, managing customer group and create conversation online.
Our ideal candidate is: • Strong in Administrative tasks • Well-organized, hard-working • Competent, accurate and has great attention to detail • Warm, friendly + personable, and understands how to sell • Flexible and outgoing
Job Type: part-time or contract depending on your skills and discuss via interview. Salary: $14-$16 per hour. Candidate should be able to work from 9.30am – 3.30pm daily or at least 3 days a week. Please provide at least 2 references when applying. Email should be sent to email@example.com
