We are seeking a Accounts Payable order desk Representative to join our team! You will be responsible all accounts Payable entering and month end check runs! Helping customers with phone orders product information technical issues.

Responsibilities:
• Accounts Payable and month end chk run
• Provide office support to others
• Handle customer inquiries
• Document and update customer records
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the
evolving products and services
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in Accounts Payable customer service, or parts business.
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Use Office and computer systems • • Excellent customer service skills, over the phone
Added Skill sets preferred in software :Magento ,Outlook , Word , Excel .
$34K to $36K per year
Hours are 8 am to 5 pm .
