Job Description:Job Description: Lead GenerationMeet your allocated target of database skimming and prospecting on a daily basis.Setup daily and weekly appointment for meeting prospective clientsNetwork using various methods including but not limited to digital marketing and networking .Schedule and conduct 12-20 online or face to face meetings weeklyConduct in person cold calls for lead generationBuild and strategize target account list New Account Acquisition:You would have good contacts in the IT industry preferably in the Bay Area.You have a hunter mindset with a sense for opportunity.Build rapport with the prospective clients and suspectsBe able to network and participate in various events.Setup initial appointments and complete full cycle sales process.Develop and manage sales funnel.Developing Leads through relationship and client solicitation:Helping new and existing clients get the talent they needBeing able to organize pre-sales presentations and seminarsDigging to get a deep understanding client work environment.Talking Shop with high level IT professionalsMaking presentations of new offerings Client Account Management:Manage territory both geographically and through sales funnelCommunicate with Recruiting team pertinent information about clients and prospectsWork collaboratively with recruiting team to fill job ordersKeeping clients aware of our many service offeringsMaking sales presentations – face to face, on the telephone, and on the web.Steer your client to successful deal closure.Develop and manage business plan for your assigned accounts to be successfulProven success in selling IT solutions and IT Services or IT Staff Augmentation.Excellent presentation skills at executive level with small or large audiences.Confidence and enthusiasmExperience with value based selling or solution selling Targets :Meet your allocated daily, weekly and monthly performance targets.Meet your assigned placements and revenue targets Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Salary: $35,009.00-$69,222.00 per year Additional pay:Bonus PayCommission Pay Benefits:Company EventsFlexible ScheduleOn-site ParkingPaid Time Off Schedule:8 Hour Shift COVID-19 considerations:Company provides ample work place and follows provincial COVID guidelines .
