Randstad is looking for Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to work in a customer service environment. This is a temporary to permanent work from home position. To find out more, read below:

Start Date: September 6th 2022
Location: Work from Home
Hours of operation: Monday – Friday 7am – 11pm (Rotational, between 30h-48h per week)
Work from Home – work anywhere in Ontario!

– Handling inbound calls from customers
– assisting with general inquiries
– updating customers accounts after each transaction
– Some outbound calls and emails
– Provide top notch service on each call

– Bilingual in French and English is a MUST – English only candidates will NOT be considered
– Technical and computer navigation skills
– quick learner
– customer service or call center experience is a must
